The AgencySmart Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use our products and services.
Personal Information
In order to start using our software services, AgencySmart requires certain information from you, which includes your name and email address. This information is collected for authentication purposes and to help our technical support department handle service inquires.
AgencySmart saves all of your entered data including information about your clients, commission payments, other contacts, etc. in a dedicated database, which is accessible only by users under your account. Also, this data is uniquely saved by internally generated user ID (different from your password), providing an additional level of security against unauthorized access.
Uses and Information Sharing
AgencySmart maintains and processes your user account and its contents to provide the software service to you and to improve our services.
AgencySmart’s servers use your personal information for transaction validation and privacy protection only, and your entered data for the purpose of processing and calculating the desired end results.
At no time is any data shared with third parties and no advertisement or unsolicited emails will be sent as a result of AgencySmart activities.
AgencySmart reserves the right to contact you by email regarding AgencySmart account activities and server maintenance alerts.
If AgencySmart becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, AgencySmart will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may collect certain pieces of aggregated non-personal information (such as the number of unique users per day, for example) to help us better evaluate the quality of our services. Such information does not identify you individually. At no time will this information be shared with any third parties.

Your data is stored on the dedicated servers hosted at a specialized facility. To ensure security of your data, physical access to these servers is limited to authorized personnel only. Additionally, we allow only secure communications to and from the server, encrypted by the industry-standard 256-bit encryption.

AgencySmart processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
User Communications
When you send email or other communication to AgencySmart, AgencySmart may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
Log Information
When you use the AgencySmart services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
